Welcome to
Dundee scouting

Dundee Scouting is part of a worldwide movement that has shaped young people for more than a century, beginning with Baden‑Powell’s first camp in 1907. For over 100 years, Scouting has focused on building character, leadership, and practical outdoor skills that help youth grow into confident, capable adults. Locally, Dundee Pack 511 and Troop 511 carry this mission forward by giving young people a place to learn teamwork, responsibility, and service while exploring the outdoors and contributing to their community. These programs reflect a global Scouting tradition that now includes more than 60 million members in over 200 countries, all committed to becoming active, engaged citizens. Dundee Scouting joins a legacy that continues to prepare youth for lives of purpose and leadership.

Our units are proudly chartered by the Dundee Sportsman’s Club, a community organization dedicated to outdoor traditions, responsible sportsmanship, and education. As our Chartered Organization Representative, the club supports our mission and provides a strong foundation for safe, meaningful outdoor experiences.
